Google Ads Management

Google Ads Management Services Built Around Profit, Not Clicks

Clicks are easy to buy. Customers are the hard part. We run your Google Ads account the way an owner would: every campaign tied to leads or revenue, every dollar accounted for, and automation kept on a short leash.

What is Google Ads management?

Google Ads management is the ongoing setup, optimization and reporting of your Google Ads account: choosing keywords and audiences, writing ads, setting bids and budgets, fixing tracking and testing landing pages across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Display, so spend turns into leads and revenue.

Google Ads is an auction. Every time someone searches, Google decides which ads to show, in what order and at what price, based on your bid, your ad quality and how well your page matches what the person wants. Managing an account means improving your odds in that auction, search after search, without overpaying for clicks that never convert.

It looks easier than it is. Smart Bidding, broad match and Performance Max automate a lot, but they optimize toward whatever you tell them to, using whatever data you give them. If the conversion tracking is wrong, the automation gets very good at the wrong thing. Most of our work is making sure the inputs are right and the guardrails hold. Google Ads vs Google Ad Manager: which one is this?

Google Ads is the platform advertisers use to buy ads on Google Search, Shopping, YouTube and the Display Network. Google Ad Manager is a different product for publishers who sell ad space on their own sites. Our service is about the first.

A lot of people searching for “Google Ads manager” or “Google Ad Manager” are looking for different things, so it helps to separate them. Google Ads is where businesses create and manage campaigns. Google Ad Manager is publisher software. And the “manager account” (MCC) is the Google Ads feature that lets an agency manage several client accounts from one login.

When we manage your Google Ads, we work inside your account, with the access level you choose, and you can remove that access at any time. We never run your campaigns in an account we own.

Which Google Ads campaign type fits which goal?

Most accounts need a mix. This is how we think about each one.

How automation changed the job

Google now runs a lot of the account for you. Here is where a human still earns their fee.

  1. 01

Smart Bidding is only as good as your conversion data

We set up conversions that mean something: qualified leads, purchases with real values, offline sales imported from your CRM. Then the bidding has something worth learning from.

  2. 02

Broad match and AI Max need guardrails

Google keeps expanding which searches your ads can match. We add negatives, brand controls and search-term reviews so the reach brings customers, not curiosity.

  3. 03

Performance Max needs inputs, not faith

Asset groups, audience signals, feed quality and exclusions decide whether it finds new customers or just re-harvests people who would have bought anyway. We test it against your other campaigns.

  4. 04

Ads are moving into AI answers

Google has been expanding where ads can appear alongside AI Overviews and AI Mode, and eligibility depends on campaign type and settings. We check Google’s current documentation before we plan around it, and report what we actually see.

Local Services Ads: when they beat regular Search ads

Local Services Ads put your business at the top of local results with a verification badge, and you pay per lead instead of per click. They work well for trades and professional services where trust and calls matter most.

Local Services Ads (LSAs) are among the most searched Google Ads products. They show a business name, reviews and a “Google Guaranteed” or “Google Screened” badge, depending on category, and customers can call or message directly. You pay for qualified leads, and you can dispute those that do not qualify.

They are available for specific service categories and areas. They reward businesses with strong reviews, fast response and complete profiles, and they behave differently from keyword-based campaigns. We often run them alongside Search campaigns and local SEO, since each covers a different part of the results page.

How to choose a Google Ads agency: six questions to ask

Google Partner badges are common. These questions look beyond them.

We answer every one of these on a first call.

  1. Are you a certified Google Partner?

It is a useful baseline. Ask who is certified, in what, and who will work on your account.

  2. Will my account be in my name?

It should. You keep the history and the data, whatever happens.

  3. How do you handle automation such as Performance Max and AI Max?

Look for a thoughtful answer: when to use it, how to test it and how to prevent wasted spend.

  4. How do you set up and verify conversion tracking?

Ask about enhanced conversions, offline imports and how they prevent double counting.

  5. How often will you optimize my account, and how will I know?

Look for a weekly rhythm and visible change logs.

  6. Can you show results for a business like mine?

Ask for case studies with real numbers.

Google Ads mistakes we fix

Most wasted spend comes from a handful of repeat errors.

  • Optimizing for clicks, not customersWe rebuild goals around qualified leads and revenue, and bid toward those.
  • Conversion tracking that counts the wrong thingsPage views, button clicks and duplicate conversions teach the algorithm the wrong lesson. We clean it up and test it.
  • Automation with no guardrailsBroad match, AI Max and Performance Max get negatives, brand controls and regular reviews.
  • Sending every ad to the homepageEach campaign gets a landing page that matches the search and the offer.
  • Ignoring the search terms reportWe review the queries you paid for and add negatives so budget stops flowing to the wrong ones.
  • Set it and forget itAuctions change daily. Accounts need a regular rhythm of checks and tests.

Google Ads management: frequently asked questions

What does a Google Ads manager actually do?

They plan and build campaigns, research keywords, write ads, set up tracking, adjust bids and budgets, review search terms, test landing pages and report on results. The job is to turn spend into leads or sales as efficiently as possible.

How long does it take to see results from Google Ads?

Traffic starts within days. Reliable performance usually takes a few weeks of data and optimization, longer for low-volume accounts or long sales cycles. We set expectations by account during the plan stage.

Should I use Performance Max?

Sometimes. It works well with a strong feed, clean conversion data and good assets, and it can disappoint when it mostly re-captures brand searches. We test it alongside Search and Shopping, and judge it on incremental results.

Do I own my Google Ads account?

Yes. We work inside your account, you keep full access and everything stays yours if we part ways.

What is the difference between Google Ads and SEO?

Google Ads buys visibility now, and it stops when you stop paying. SEO builds visibility that compounds over time. Most brands do best with both, and we plan them together.

Can you take over an existing Google Ads account?

Yes. We start with an audit of the account as it stands, keep what works and fix what does not, without throwing away your history.

Do you work with Microsoft Advertising too?

Yes. Many campaigns can be imported into Microsoft Advertising for extra reach at a lower cost per click. See our PPC management services.

What is the difference between Google Ads and Google Ads Manager?

Google Ads is the platform advertisers use to run campaigns on Google. A Google Ads manager account (MCC) lets an agency manage several client accounts from one login. Google Ad Manager is separate software for publishers.

What are Local Services Ads?

Local Services Ads show your business at the top of local results with a verification badge, and you pay per qualified lead. They suit trades and professional services where trust and calls matter.

Should I hire a Google Ads specialist or an agency?

A specialist is a good fit for a focused account with one main channel. An agency suits larger or multi-channel programs, where you benefit from a team across search, creative, tracking and web.
